Return Policy’s aim is to provide our clients with the best product at the best price in the most convenient manner.  However we realize there are instances when a client will not be pleased or encounter other issues with their order. That’s why we offer a convenient location on East Shirley St to return originally packaged, undamaged products to us within 14 days or sooner depending on item of purchase date.

#1 Island Plaza, East Shirley St is our only location to offer a Returns Centre.  Items will be checked thoroughly before a return is issued either:

  1. Return on credit card that sale took place
  2. Store Credit
  3. Cheque (only under discretion will this method apply)

Cash refunds are not possible and will not be carried out under any circumstances.

It is the client’s responsibility to return the product to our Returns Centre on East Shirley Street whether product was delivered, picked up or purchased in-store.  Any method of shipping  the product to us will be the expense of the client.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Items purchased at may be returned to our Shirley St location.

  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. 
  • Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to our Shirley St store; they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy.  Please email the Marketplace retailer

Grocery: 7 days if non-perishable

Perishable items cannot be returned store. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

HEALTH & BEAUTY, Party Supplies, Households, Home products: must be returned 7 days unopened in its original packaging with no damage.
Kitchen Appliances must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging with no damage
Technology & Electronics: must be returned within 14 days. in its original packaging with no damage  Some examples are as follows:

  • Computers
  • televisions
  • Computer hardware
  • Camcorders
  • Digital cameras
  • GPS units
  • Digital music players
  • Tablets
  • E-readers
  • Portable video players
  • Apple Ipads – must still be in plastic unopened
  • Printers
  • Ink – no return if opened

CELL PHONES: must be returned within 7 days
BOOKS can be returned within 3 days only  if unused, unopened and unmarked
School & Office Supplies can be returned within 7 days unopened, unused and unmarked

Authentic Bahamian Products

JEWELRY, Home Accessories: must be returned within 3 days

  • All jewelry and home accessories may be returned to a store with a receipt. If you choose to exchange the item in-store, you may only exchange it for an item that is in stock at that store; the exact same piece may not be available. Otherwise a credit card refund will be issued.

Food items: are non-returnable items unless item is spoiled and must be returned to our Shirley Street location.
