We are happy to accept any product with a defect back to any of our two convenient locations (Madeira Street or Harbour Bay). All items must be brought back with original packaging and accessories. Some items may require a 24 hour period to process the warranty. We will replace the item once it has been processed successfully as a return. In cases where we do not have the item in stock we would be happy to exchange it for a refund.

iPads – 30 days in-store with 1 year manufacturer’s from Apple
Laptops – 90 days in-store with 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Desktops – 90 days in-store with 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Refurbished Desktops & Laptops – 90 Days in-store only
Televisions – 60 days in-store only
Printers – 30 days in-store only
DVD Players – 30 days in-store only
Routers – 30 days in-store only
Chargers – 7 days in-store only
All other items – 7 days in-store only
